Removal of outer sill showing internal corrision to the 'Kidney Bowl' and intermediate sill
Intermediate sill removed - door slam panel removed and partial rear wing
A manufactured repair section to inner rear wing
Intermediate sill in position (not forgetting to reinstall heater tube) then fully welded
Outer sill panel and kidney bowl including jacking bracket assy prior to welding
New slam panel fitted to rear wing plus repairs to wing base - now fully welded to vehicle
Front wing baffle can be replaced or repair panels let in as shown
All welding completed - lead loading to door gapand sill joint etc. Door is re-hung and final filling as required. Repairs now ready for paintshop
